Technical Resource and Internship Network (TRAIN) is managed by Yayasan Bakti Nusa Malaysia (YBNM). The foundation has Dato Sri Ong Tee Keat as its patron.

TRAIN was established to promote and coordinate vocational skills training for drop-outs and school leavers who are not academically inclined, to eventually assist them to secure a job.

All qualified Malaysians, regardless of race or religion, are eligible for assistance by TRAIN.

• To provide school dropouts and school leavers who are not academically inclined, skills for eventual employment;
• Ensure international and local recognition of skills and qualifications;
• Assist in providing scholarships, funding and financial assistance for skills and competency training; Support efforts in providing internship and job opportunities for vocational skills trainees and graduates.

• Coordinate overall planning of vocational training, skills certification and internship placement services.
• Manage and evaluate organizations carrying out vocational training, employment services and skills testing.
• Ensure quality of qualifications and issue certificates to employment service professionals and vocational training instructors.
• Supervise the execution of internship and job placements conducted by internship partners.
• Promote training, internship and certification among Malaysians.
• Coordinate raising of scholarships, funds and financing for vocational and skills training.
