Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia by Department of Skills Development or Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) The Department of Skills Development, formerly known as The National Vocational Training Council (MLVK) is one of the agencies under the Malaysian Human Resource ministry, responsible for the co-ordination of skills training as well as career development in skills training, in line with the implementation of the National Skills Development Act, 652 (2006) on September1, 2006.
