Hotel Industry Apprenticeship Scheme ( HIAS ) Programme

1.   Accommodation Practice  :  10 Weeks
2.   Reception Technique :  14 Weeks
3.   Food & Beverage Services :  24 Weeks
4.   Kitchen Practice :  24 Weeks 

Monthly Allowance :  RM  560.00 -  RM  710.00 ( Based on attendance ) 
Location of Campus :  KDU College, Damansara Jaya
Recognition :  Certificate from MLVK ( SKM Level 2 ) 

Entry Requirement :  SPM / PMR - English and Mathematics must passed. If without PMR / SPM result, a special examination can be arranged.

Age  :  17 - 25 years old. Above 25 years old, there will not be any allowance given. 
Terms & Condition :  Must sign a one-year contract with the sponsoring hotel

Mechatronics Apprenticeship Scheme (MAS)

Duration Of Course :  15 Months (Off / On the job)

Course Name : Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia, Automotion Technician, Level 2 / Skim Perantisan Mekatronik

Location Of Training : Auto Prima Technology Training Sdn Bhd, Shah Alam

Requirement :    1. Minimum SPM with pass in English, Maths and Science

Course Fee : Full Scholarship from PSBM

Allowance : RM 350.00 - RM 500.00 is given each month to the student by the Sponsor Company                       

Intake Date  : January 2010

JOB PLACEMENT AT THE SPONSORED COMPANY

^{JAVA PROGRAMMING COURSE}

Location : Sunway University College
 
* Students are required to spend 3 months full-time training and upon completion of this program, the students will be paid an allowance of RM300.00 per person. This training is fully paid by MDeC and if required MDeC would also assist the student to find a job placement for them.

JEWELLERY DESIGN COURSE

Location : Seri Kembangan

Students are required to spend 3 months full-time training with monthly allowance of RM600.00 (3 months only).  Upon completion of the course, students are then given a job placement with Diamond & Platinum Co. Malaysia with a min salary of RM1,400.00 with allowance

Requirement : Must have SPM with 1 or 2 credits and a pass in English Language 


MECHATRONICS APPRETICESHIP SCHEME

DURATION : 15 MONTHS
- On Job Training (7 Mths at Klang)
- Off Job Training ( 8 Mths at Lion Group Companies)

ALLOWANCE : (Allowance given during both On and Off Job Training)
- On Job Training : RM 450 per mth
- Off Job Training : RM 350- RM 400 per mth

Mininum Qualification Requirement : SPM or UEC ( 17 - 25 age)
